Art and Sensory Bins for Creative Exploration
Story
Art and sensory play are powerful ways for my students to express themselves, process big emotions, and build confidence, but our classroom supplies are worn out and very limited.
With your support I will provide durable, high-quality art materials (paints, brushes, paper, clay, collage supplies) and sensory bin resources (sensory rice, kinetic sand, scoops, small tools, thematic manipulatives). These supplies will:
- Create hands-on opportunities for creative expression and cross-cultural storytelling
- Support fine-motor development and focus for students who need sensory regulation
- Provide equitable access so every student can participate, regardless of home resources
- Be used across subjects for project-based learning, SEL lessons, and family engagement nights
All materials will be stored and shared so they last through multiple years and serve the whole class in daily centers and small-group instruction. Thank you for helping my students explore their creativity, regulate their emotions, and build confidence through art and sensory play!
